Brandon Hampton is the Founder and Head Coach at Game Day Real Estate, a value-add, mission focused real estate investment company that exists to use grace, excellence, and discipline to deliver positive outcomes for its investors and residents. Fueled by his visionary style of leadership and the belief that all people have dignity, Brandon believes that in underserved, urban communities home ownership should be the most basic norm.
Brandon’s real estate journey began in Los Angeles, CA. in 2010 where heart of Game Day was born. Evolving from several names and forms, Game Day ultimately led Mr. Hampton and family to find a new home in Phoenix, AZ in 2013. In 2014 Mr. Hampton joined Clear Sky Capital and supported several business platforms within the organization.
Most recently, he served as Director of Manufactured Housing, leading the Firm’s manufactured housing platform. In this capacity, he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, operations, financial management and the growth objectives of the business.
Previously, he had oversight of Clear Sky Capital’s specialized multifamily portfolio consisting of 15+ mid-century, 1950-1960s vintage properties with total capitalization of approximately $30 million. Mr. Hampton was instrumental in the acquisition, underwriting, execution of extensive capital improvement programs and disposition of the assets.
My goal is to pursue the purchase and/or development of apartment complexes and mobile home parks. Then we will use that real estate to uplift our residents through grace, excellence, and discipline.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Jad Johnson brings over 20 years of real estate experience as a Senior Commercial Escrow Officer. He has a vast wealth of experience and an intimate understanding of the inner workings of the real estate transaction process, making him an indispensable resource to real estate investors.
Jad is transitioning from a vibrant 20 year career at First American Title Insurance Company in Phoenix Arizona with the National Commercial Services Division (a flagship operation within the organization). Throughout his career, Jad has demonstrated unquestionable commitment to meeting his clients’ needs, integrity, and an enviable work ethic that has propelled him to success. These attributes have earned him respect and recognition among the real estate industry giving him the opportunity to work with an elite clientele base that consisted of several large land developers, real estate investors, commercial real estate brokers, Avalon Development, Four Corners Property Trust, SimonCRE and Carvana (a fortune 500 company) to name a few, placing him in a position of being a nationally recognized top performer of First American Title Insurance Company.
His accolades include receiving the 2020 People First Award for being the best of the best in his division. Additionally, he received the Wire and Disbursement Fraud Recognition Award in 2019 and 2021 for his instinctive detection and prevention of real estate transaction fraud. While appreciative of the personal and professional growth he has realized in the industry, Jad recognizes the greater calling of helping people create wealth through strategic real estate investments.
Outside of real estate, he is passionate about spending quality time with family and friends, philanthropy, community service, traveling, playing sports and listening to jazz music. Jad resides in Phoenix Arizona with his wife Veronica and two children.
After graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies at Grand Canyon University, she spent 18 months working for her alma mater in recruitment and program development. After leaving GCU and soul searching, she pursued real estate by starting with apartment management.
In 2019, Mrs. Williams began as the Leasing Manager at several 300+ unit apartment complexes. Tiffany joined Game Day because she saw that she could put her talents and abilities to use while also making a difference in the community. Tiffany and her husband Dartez, love living, playing, serving, and doing business in the South Phoenix area.
