Brandon Hampton is the Founder and Head Coach at Game Day Real Estate, a value-add, mission-focused real estate investment company that exists to use grace, excellence, and discipline to deliver positive outcomes for its investors and residents. Fueled by his visionary leadership style and the belief that all people have dignity, Brandon believes that in underserved, urban communities, home ownership should be the most basic norm.
Brandon’s real estate journey began in Los Angeles, CA, in 2010, where the heart of Game Day was born. After evolving through several names and forms, Game Day ultimately led Mr. Hampton and his family to a new home in Phoenix, AZ, in 2013. In 2014, Mr. Hampton joined Clear Sky Capital, where he supported several business platforms within the organization.
Most recently, he served as Director of Manufactured Housing, leading the firm’s manufactured housing platform. In this capacity, he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, operations, financial management, and achieving the business’s growth objectives.
Previously, he had oversight of Clear Sky Capital’s specialized multifamily portfolio, consisting of 15+ mid-century properties from the 1950s–1960s, with a total capitalization of approximately $30 million. Mr. Hampton was instrumental in the acquisition, underwriting, execution of extensive capital improvement programs, and disposition of these assets.
My goal is to pursue the purchase and/or development of apartment complexes and mobile home parks. We aim to use real estate to uplift our residents through grace, excellence, and discipline.
Hummingbird Homes (2010 – Present)
Oversee and manage apartment rental operations, deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, development, capital sourcing, financing, and disposition.
Built a portfolio of over 99 rental units.
Clear Sky Capital (2014 – Present)
Oversee and manage apartment rental operations, deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, development, capital sourcing, financing, and disposition.
Built a portfolio of hundreds of units.
Managed a specialized multifamily investment company, growing from a single project to over $45 million in assets by 2021.
Currently COO of the Manufactured Housing Community (MHC) Investment Platform – 1,100 spaces across 10 parks in 5 states, valued at approximately $65 million.
Game Day Real Estate (2010 – Present)
Oversee and manage apartment rental operations, deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, development, capital sourcing, financing, and disposition.
Built a portfolio of over 300 rental units.
Clear Sky Capital (2014 – 2021)
Oversaw and managed apartment rental operations, deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, development, capital sourcing, financing, and disposition.
Built a portfolio of hundreds of units.
Managed a specialized multifamily investment company, growing from a single project to over $45 million in assets by 2021.
Served as COO of the MHC Investment Platform (Beacon Partners) – 1,100 spaces across 10 parks in 5 states, valued at approximately $65 million.

Our company has a healthy balance of market rate and affordable communities. We believe in ownership as the true way to freedom and legacy. Acquiring and operating assets is considered the Game Day! game day real estate has over 15 years combined experience in multifamily real estate. From apartments to mobile home parks, we’ve been successful in multiple US markets. Our ability to source and vet under valued assets in select markets with strong demographic trends and upward trending economic growth, has led achieving Outpaced Returns. Our opportunities usually require rebranding, interior and exterior renovation, sophisticated management, and expert business plan formation.
